June 14: World Blood Donor Day ~ Dia Mundial do Doador de Sangue
A special post this weekend, for which I unfortunately have no photo of. June 14 is World Blood Donor Day – Congratulations if you are one!!! I’ve tried to gain weight for many years now just so I can do it, but not yet 😦 . But really, if you fill the simple requirements, why not do it? It does not cost anything at all, it really doesn´t take much time at all, and it does not hurt at all either. Among with the fact that you´ll be helping someone out (and possibly saving a life, even), the true story that you you never know if and when yourself are going to need it. So why not help now?! There´s always need for donors! Happy June 14!

Um post especial este fim de semana, para o qual infelizmente não tenho fotos minhas. 14 de junho é Dia Mundial do Doador de Sangue – Parabéns se você é um deles!!! Já tem alguns anos que tento ganhar peso só para poder fazer isso, mas ainda não consegui 😦 . Mas de verdade, se você preenche os requisitos mínimos, por que não fazê-lo? Não custa nada, não leva muito tempo, e também não dói nada. Junto com o fato de que você estará ajudando alguém (e possivelmente salvando uma vida), a história real de que você nunca sabe se ou quando vai precisar, você mesmo. Então por que não ajudar desde agora? Os bancos de sangue estão sempre precisando!!! Feliz 14 de junho!
